Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources (HR) will lead and oversee all aspects of HR functions within the organisation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and business strategies. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and organisational development. The Director of HR will drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring that HR practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
